Return Policies

livewireaquatics.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A 10% Restocking Fee applies for all dry goods. (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
  • Corals and Fish are NOT returnable.

 

Shipping Policies

Shipping to and from livewireaquatics.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All livestock must be shipped with Next Day Early Am, Next Day Air, Or USPS Express Mail. Please Email me if you need a quote on shipping for larger orders. Priority Mail, Ground and all other delivery longer than overnight or next day is for shipping all drygoods only.

 

Shipping

LiveWire Aquatics ships all livestock via USPS Express mail Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, Or FedEx Priority Overnight to all U.S. states per weight. We can fit single corals in our small box, up to 3 corals per box for medium orders, And for larger orders we can fit up to 10. ( Depending on sizes ) Some areas may take up to 2 days with USPS Express Mail so please check that you can get overnight delivery from the USPS. We will ship to the address that is provided on your credit card or PayPal address. If you would like us to ship to a different address like your office, Contact us and let us know what you purchased, and provide us with the desired address.  

Here at LiveWire Aquatics there are no hidden charges. We Never Charge for heatpacks, coolpacks, insulating foam, or boxes they are all included with the shipment. We will always provide them FREE of charge. We will do everything we can to keep prices and shipping cost low.

 

Arrive alive guarantee
 

We guarantee that all Livestock will arrive alive. Although we are not responsible for shipping delays or neglect. If you do receive an animal that is not alive, take a clear digital photo of the animal and we will give you a credit to our store, send you a new animal, or give you your money back depending on the circumstances.  You must follow the instructions below or you forfeit our guarantee!

Instructions:

  • Please Send us an e-mail within 2 hours of delivery if it appears you have a DOA.  While we provide heatpacks in the winter and coolpacks in the summer, your pets can succumb to heat or cold if left in a very cold or hot area too long and we cannot be held responsible for neglect. Failure by the customer to accept the package on the first delivery attempt will void this guarantee. If you would like it shipped to your place of work, send us an e-mail detailing all shipping instructions.

  • Please Take a Clear digital photograph of the suspected DOA and include it in your e-mail.  

  • Please do not dispose of your animal.  Many invertebrates may appear dead, but it is important to consider that they have spent many hours in darkness and are probably in a deep hibernal state to conserve energy.  If you dispose of them you may be killing them yourself!  Some crabs and snails, for instance, may curl into a ball or hide in their shells without any motion for hours at a time after being acclimated to your aquarium.  Anemones and polyps will also shrink / reveal their internal organs and may not expand until they are comfortable. Please acclimate the animal as you normally would and give them time to get themselfs together.
